Peridot Ref

Note: In all honesty despite my complaining, I did enjoy working on this. It's just that I got carried away & worked way to much on this when I could have taken my time. However I'm glad I finished this now instead of possibly forgetting about it. There are still some edits to be made but it'll be a little easier now that this was finished as I have less work now.

Here is the ref of Peridot that I mentioned I've been working on. It's taken me at least 8 days to finish this, the line art & sketches for ref notes took me all day & until 5AM to finish alone. I wasn't even done as I added more ref sketches & then some. I got kind of scared when I sent this to my computer from my MediBang Paint app as it lagged my computer's art programs & then crash them if I tried to save them. I later figured out I needed to redownload it from my email(I sent the PSD file to my email) & it started working.

The outfit is kind of a work in progress as I realized I don't have a casual outfit for him. The sweater is actually based on his fall outfit I made in a pic I haven't posted yet. I'll fix stuff later because it's 5AM again & I've worked way to long on this stuff so I need a break & to go back to art trades & commissions. It'd likely also help to fix the outfit as Peridot lives in Hawaii & so there's not really a cold season so that fall outfit would be for when visiting other places.

That star was suppose to be on his nurse outfit ref(which needs to be edited & I need a scanner) but I forgot it & didn't feel like fixing it at the time. Once I'm not tired from dealing with working multiple days on this ref then I'll try to fix the ref.(Though I'll likely be thinking on how to fix the uniform with some help) This is way I don't do many colored digital pics anymore because it takes so long.


This was suppose to be a simple ref but it got bigger & ended up becoming colored with more details n crap. I'm going to bed & I'm so glad I don't have work the rest of the week.
